Refund policy

All items purchased during our moving/relocation sale are FINAL. You may not return, credit or exchange. Items purchased directly from Your Needful Things, our new location are a final sale. 

Return & Refund Policy for Items purchased through Trendsi:

While we hope you love everything you purchase from us, we know sometimes an item just doesn't work out!

Since you are our top priority, we are happy to issue Mathilda Jean credit if you return your item within 5 days of receiving your order.

Returned items must be unworn, free of odor and have the tags still attached. To initiate a return, please email mathildajeanthreads@gmail.com

We will then reply to you with a Return Authorization Form. Please do not send back an item without first being sent the Return Authorization Form. We will not be able to process your return without it and we will need this form to be included with the return package as well.

Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges unless item is damaged.

Exceptions to our Return Policy- Final Sale items and Mystery Item Sales. Also all Beauty and Makeup / Fragrance/Candy/ Intimate Apparel/ Shoes/ Jewelry/ Sunglasses/ Holiday Items/ Graphic Tees/ Hats/ Scarves/ Clearance Items and Sale Items. Gift Cards may not be returned.

Please be sure to review Wash and Dry Instructions. We are not responsible for any damage done by improper care & handling.

Please allow 3-5 business days for a credit to be issued via the email address you enter when purchasing. A code will be given for use on our website for a future purchase.
